How do I pay rent?

We accept checks or wire transfers. We also offer ACH payments (Auto-Pay). Auto-Pay allows for your rent to be automatically debited from your account on the first day of every month. (Unless the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend, in which case, it would be debited on the next business day.)

What is your payment policy?

  • Payments are credited as of the date of receipt, regardless of postmarked date

  • Payments received outside of normal business hours (8am to 5pm M-F) will be processed and credited on the next available business day

  • Please consult your lease agreement for information regarding applicable grace periods 
     

 

When should I report a maintenance issue?

Maintenance issues need to be reported immediately to minimize future property damages. Failure to report a maintenance issue may result in monetary charges deducted from tenant security deposit. To submit a non-emergency maintenance request, click here.

 

 

I have a concern regarding my tenancy; what should I do?
